BREEAM

BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is a globally recognized sustainability assessment method for buildings and infrastructure. It evaluates environmental, social, and economic performance across design, construction, operation (with BREEAM In-Use), and renovation stages. It is one of the most known framework, and one of the most holistic ones too.

By setting benchmarks relative to energy use, health, materials, and ecology, BREEAM helps reduce carbon footprints, enhance user well-being, and ensure long-term value.
